Keep Virginia in the RGGI.  I implore the governor to support the RGGI, The Regional Gas Initiative, and for Virginia to continue as one of the 12 Eastern states committed to reducing CO2 emissions from power plants.  Virginia has already received considerable financial support from this initiative to make these changes and their effects.  This is not a political issue, but an important progam to protect our environment, our world actually.
