Do not illegally exit the RGGI

By law, Virginia must continue to participate in the RGGI. This mandated participation was based on a law passed by the General Assembly in 2020. That means that both parties condoned participation.

Dropping emissions, which has happened since VA entered RGGI, improves health by decreasing air pollution. This save the state money, because most areas of pollution are also areas of higher poverty, and the inhabitants more likely to be on some form of state health insurance.

Energy efficiency is very much a business-friendly proposition because energy prices have dropped significantly since VA entered the program.
