Do not withdraw Virginia from RGGI! Regional collaboration is critical; the carbon credit sale proceeds provide vital funding for resilience projects & efficiency programs for our commonwealth’s most vulnerable citizens; and the governor has no viable plan to offset these funds post-RGGI. A new plan with no answers isn’t a good plan. Stay in RGGI.
