I REALLY believe in RGGI.  I think it was awful for Gov Younkin's plan to withdraw us...I think he's just trying to make a big name for himself.  Former Gov. Ralph Northam supported it and my husband and I supported it too.  I don't know why Younkin is trying to keep us out.
