Virginia, and its citizens, stand to lose many health benefits if the governor withdraws us from the RGGI.  The potential reduction in in pollution from carbon, nitrogen oxide, and sulfur dioxide will allow the governor's children, his grandchildren, and all future Virginian's a chance to breathe easier and have a more healthier life going forward.  Remaining in the RGGI will help to prevent premature deaths, reduce lost work and school days, and reduce visits to doctor's offices and the ER.  Missing work, and missing school, means Virginia sees less productivity across the board.  Less productivity means less revenue.  Less revenue means less taxes received for Virginia.  Virginia needs to remain in the RGGI, not only for the health benefits for its citizens, but for the economic health of Virginia.
