Given the magnitude and daily reminders of the destructive impact of climate change and  inevitable rising sea level, leaving RGGI makes NO sense! Anything we can do to mitigate the effects of rising sea level we should do. The governor is not a monarch or an omniscient being who knows better than former legislators or concerned citizens. Stay in RGGI!
