RGGI was enacted with bipartisan support by the legislature for scientific and common sense concerns and reasons. Now Gov. Youngkin, the Va. leader of the "Party of Stupid", has determined he alone can override the process with his "seat of the pants" analysis. Combine this with the Republican presidential debate last week we have on display a party that is directionless with respect to the best interests of not only the nation, but now the Commonwealth of Virginia as well.
