Greenhouse gas emissions are among the most serious problems facing our state and the entire planet. RGGI is a good program that helps utilities move away from polluting fossil fuels and helps consumers afford energy-saving upgrades to their homes and businesses. It is unconscionable to pull out of RGGI. This is an issue that I am interested in as a voter.
