Since the Virginia General Assembly has not repealed our Community Flood Preparedness Act, that makes Glenn Youngkin's withdrawal from RGGI an illegal act. Since it is illegal to withdraw Virginia from RGGI, the current Governor should be arrested for breaking the law and held accountable for endangering citizens of the Commonwealth! One of these days we might have a Governor who cares about the health and safety of Virginia citizens, but until then, we must insist that Virginia remain in RGGI in order to participate in these effective measures to control harmful emissions. Protect Virginia & our Nation by remaining in RGGI.
