Climate change is an incredible threat to the world.  We must take significant steps to minimize its impacts.  Virginia should remain an active member of the RGGI.  It is positive for our state as it helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and makes our regional environment a healthier one.  Please stay in the RGGI.  Thanks you.
