RGGI is a major tool in our transition away from planet killing pollution.  The duly elected legislature passed the law and the Air Board and the Governor do not have the legal right to ignore the law.  Global warming is killing people and the planet.  The cause is fossil fuel burning.  Virginia Clinicians for Climate Action supports RGGI while we care for our patients who are seeing more asthma, earlier allergies, more heat visits in the ER and more deaths from stroke and heart and lung disease.
