I am 100 percent opposed to Youngkin’s decision to withdraw from RGGI.  It is an incredibly stupid thing to do.   This program is so beneficial not only for the environment, but to every resident of Virginia.  He and his single-minded board do not have the authority to end Virginia’s participation in this program, and the courts must arrive at the same decision and rule against this illegal attempt to take us out.  Stay in RGGI!  Youngkin doesn’t care about Virginians.  He only cares about his political future, which at this point is very shaky.  He is pathetic.
