Stay in RGGI as authorized by law, House of Delegate, Senate and Gov approved. In my opinion, unless those three remove VA, VA must stay in it.
Gov Youngkins plan is just another boost for businesses. I don't see a major price or rebate for each individual for the state to remain in RGGI.
Everything Youngkin has done, tax break for businesses, to removing us from RGGI are for the benefit of businesses, not the people.
What benefit to the economy, beaches or flood zones would come to backing out of the RGGI? Would the state coffers be opened up to help, or would the budget surplus go to them? Answer: NO!
Stay in RGGI.
