Recent events across the country as well as the world (see fires in Maui for example or the hurricane in southern California) have made it abundantly clear that climate change is here and the effects are devastating. It is time to stop the denial of scientific reality and start acting to address the effects of climate change. As such, it is important for Virginia to remain in the RGGI. I strongly oppose withdrawing from the RGGI.
