Keep VA in RGGI

RGGI has already helped families across Virginia in many ways. For one, it helps to fund measures and necessary infrastructure for communities to respond to and prevent flooding damages to their homes and neighborhoods. It is also one of our country's great examples of a successful program to reduce pollution state-wide.

In addition to incentivizing utility companies to diversify their energy sources, it also has filled a funding gap for the state in providing reliable income to pay for funds like the flood protection and prevention programs. Before RGGI, it was nearly impossible to find funding to support these projects. RGGI is a success for all Virginians and for both sides of the aisle. It supports infrastructure, low-income and vulnerable populations, and improves our communities, all without increasing taxes.

Keep Virginia in RGGI. Stay in this 11-state market and help us build a cleaner, safer future for our state.
