Virginia needs to stay in RGGI because we can’t afford to lose the Millions of $’s that we have received and been able to invest in flood resiliency, and preparedness, as well as energy efficiency improvements on homes in at risk and marginalized communities! Not to mention that it is the environmentally conscientious thing to do, given the climate crisis that we are in the midst of!!
