The regulations as currently proposed were not supported by the experts asked by the state for their recommendations. As another commentator mentions, these new rules are not applied to other places which have had medical complications such as dentist offices.

One can only assume that these regualtions are to stop abortions by stopping abortion providers. The people who will be most impacted are those who can least afford it. Please don't insert regulations between a woman and a medical procedure which is legal.
