I am writing in support of Petition #392 to eliminate the use of open-ocean purse seine nets in the Chesapeake Bay.  I have supported many projects and programs aimed at improving the health of the Bay. This type of fishing is in direct opposition to all those efforts. We can do better!  We have to!
