I'm new to the use of the MPAI tool, however following the training provided, my team scored the same person with vastly different outcomes due to the individual interpretation of the questions. The risk of variance in eligibility simply by the skill level of the rater is significant. This tool should be completed only by trained professionals with detailed training specific to this tool should be required.
