While there is appreciation that the hiring requirements are not longer limited to six degree fields, the current requirements should be revised to include work experience.  With the wording as it stands, any Bachelor's degree, even in an unrelated field with no related work experience meet the hiring qualifications for TCM.  It would be appreciated if a reasonable approach to degree requirements/work experience was considered.
