Greetings. I live in MA, and spend considerable time on Cape Cod and Nantucket Island fishing. I am very busy at work right now, but am taking time to provide a few comments re: nets/fishing and 

1. Omega Protein is using Seine nets improperly and illegally against guidelines. Please let's do something about this reality.

     2. Use of these nets in 60 ft or less depth does not allow for fish escape and

          harms all fish in the way.

     3. Also, such use is a SERIOUS damage issue to eel grass and other grass on the 

         seabed.

    4. PLEASE RESTRICT THE DEPTH THESE NETS CAN BE USED to alleviate these and   

         other problems.
