If this past July, the hottest in recorded history, doesn't convince  all of us that we must do everything possible to reduce greenhouse gases, the dire predictions of climate experts should.  A little sacrifice now  is nothing compared to what waits for us if we don't take action against climate change.  Any action we can.  This initiative is a small first step, but withdrawing from it is unconscionable.  The whole world is watching to see what VA and other states will do, and with good reason.  The time is coming when the damage we have done will be irreversible.
