Please continue participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  RGGI was passed as legislation by the General Assembly and is in the Code of Virginia to help address a climate crisis!  The Governor’s effort to unilaterally ignore laws, threatens the purpose of having a legislative body.  His actions violate the separation of powers that is the foundation of US constitutional government. We must oppose such a dangerous precedent.
