Massive reduction to menhadencatch

I’ve witnessed the devastation caused by Omega and their netting too many times to count. The boats will invade a spot you are fishing in and aggressively run you out. I’ve seen dead red drum and turtles in the sludge that comes off the boat. The sheer number of bait fish they suck out of the bay in just a few minutes is staggering. One day this summer I watched them fish from the tip of the Eastern Shore of VA, to just off the 4th Island. Then they lived inside the bay and fished off of Buckroe Beach, Poquoson Flats, York spit and then moved over to Kiptopeke. At each spot the small boats were sent out yo deploy nets and big boats came in to destroy all the bait that so many species of game fish need to eat.
I hope some day soon we are rid of this nuisance that pillages our resources.
