It would be a great mistake for Virginia to withdraw from RGGI.  This program has allowed VA to be a regional leader in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the funds generated have helped communities impacted by climate change.  This effort is entirely political as there is no financial downside for VA to continue being part of RGGI.  Leave it alone!!!
