Abortions are already one of the safest medical procedures.  These regulations are not designed to improve safety for women, they are designed to limit access to this procedure and as a result they will also limit access to health care for women throughout the state; including access to live saving cancer screening, family planning and sexually transmitted infection screening and testing.  These regulations are unnecessary and there is no medical data to support that they will do anything other than harm women.
