Virginia is so protective of the bay bottom that I'm not allowed to tow a small net for shrimp, yet they allow the destruction of huge areas of bay bottom by Omega. Its obvious that our current elected officials are NOT concerned with the health of our bay and are NOT concerned about the fish and wild life that depend on Menhaden.
