I agree with this, these nets are too big for our bay. Which cause the irreparable damage to the sea grass on the sea floor. 

Force the industrial menhaden harvesting stop fishing inside the bay.

They are depilating the feeder fish at the bottom of the food chain which I believe will cause a the Chesapeake Bay to become an aquatic desert!
