On March 10, the Governor bestowed "more than $93 million in Affordable and Special Needs Housing loans for 57 projects across the Commonwealth."  https://www.governor.virginia.gov/newsroom/news-releases/2023/march/name-995014-en.html  These loans are funded through four main programs, one which is the Housing Innovations in Energy Efficiency (HIEE) program.  The Governor did not mention that the source of HIEE funding is the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).  This shameless publicizing of concern "for our most vulnerable residents" while undercutting the funds that are making it possible is the epitome of hypocrisy.
