Please do not adopt the permanent regulations which are identical to the temporary ones for women's health care centers in Virginia.  These clinics have a proven safety record which is quite high.  They provide family planning services and cancer screening to many women, some of whom cannot afford to go elsewhere for care.  They provide abortions in a safe, caring setting.  We do not need to endanger women's health by making restrictions which are unnecessary and burdensome.  We do not need to roll back progress on women's healthcare.
