Virginia needs to stay in the RGGI. Without it, the children and grandchildren of all Virginians will suffer in the long run. Power plants need more regulation not less and without the RGGI that won't be possible. The environment has been a concern of mine since I was a Girl Scout in the 1960s. It should be important to All Virginians.
