Think big. Be hopeful. This is the time to help bring about a cleaner and more just world.  When you vote, remember the poor who suffer the effects of air pollution the most. Be a player in providing a healthy environment. Speak for future generations when you vote and feel proud about keeping Virginia in RGGI.
