I am a long time resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and I am strongly opposed to any effort to terminate the participation of the Commonwealth in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. I see no good reason for us to take that action and many that can be cited against it. I regard the arguments advanced by those who have us take such a step as retrograde. So I very much hope that nothing is done that would take us in that direction.
