Participation in the RGGI is a necessary initiative that has been good for Virginians and good for the environment. The current administration ought to be building on top of it rather than trying to leave it. We need a government that will help us continue to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. That ought to be a priority for us all. Remaining a part of the RGGI is essential to that.
