Providing health care services to young, low-income, and uninsured women is being threatened by added regulation, when these clinics have a proven safety record.  It is clear that this is an end run attempt to attack abortion providers because these new regulations are not medically substantiated and represent an obstacle to women's health care clinics ability to provide low-cost services to Virginia women.  Please reconsider making these regulation permanent.  There are a variety of women's health services that ARE medically necessary at stake.
