Virginians are benefiting now, and will continue to, with the funds that RGGI guarantees will be invested in communities across the Commonwealth. Helping vulnerable communities - whether it be from flooding or high energy bills - and providing cleaner air and health benefits for all is win-win.  This is a program we like and do not want to lose - and it is very troubling that there is this attempt to repeal. Keep Virginia in RGGI.
