TARP regulations

Please do not make these regulations permanent. As a nurse, I want abortion to remain safe and legal. I do not believe that these regulations are necessary. They will make it more difficult for some clinics to remain open. This restricts women's reproductive choices.

If you are going to regulate clinics, then all clinics of all disciplines must be regulated by the same rules. These temporary regulations only concern abortion clinics. If you are truly concerned about the safety of patients, then all clinics must be regulated in the same manner. So in and out surgery clinics, dental offices which provide conscious sedation, orthopedic in and out clinics, eye clinics and any other clinics which provide conscious sedation or anesthesia must then conform to these temporary regulations. Then you would truly be concerned about the welfare of patients, and not just targeting the abortion clinics.

Thank you.
