To whom it may concern,

I am completely flabbergasted the state of Virginia has chosen to impose unnecessary regulations on Planned Parenthood.  When I was younger and unable to pay for basic medical care I used the Planned Parenthood services regularly.  The idea of those services not being available for other low income citizens makes me sick to my stomach.

The new proposed regulations are the guise to prevent women from their constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy.  These regulations do not make abortion any safer.  The procedure is already safe and thousands of women relay on they services every year.  Please do not let special interest groups who wish to fetter the rights of women win over reason, logic, and proven medical methods.
