The permanent regulations for licensing abortion facilities are unnecessary and aimed to limit women's access to reproductive options. These faciliteis operated for many years safely and these regulations which are painted "to protect women" only serve to limit access for women. The regaulations are onerous and unneccessary. I strongly urge you to amend the legislation to ensure the continued availability of safe, legal first-trimester abortions and preventive reproductive healthcare. Thank you.
