Please do not repeal VA participation in the RGGI. We must continue to do all we can to make the switch to greener solutions. As it is, globally we're behind and rather than wait for what inaction gets us which is a more volatile world due to climate affects, we need to start at home.  I'm a Christian from Leesburg, VA.  I already support green sources for my local energy use.
