Keep RGGI
Keep Virginia in the RGGI.
Appointed boards should not reverse laws passed by our democratically elected legislators.
I don't want my tax dollars spent fighting the court cases that are sure to oppose such a power grab.
RGGI is improving housing for needy people in Virginia. I go on mission trips to Appalachia to improve/repair homes. I have personally seen that there is a great need.
