To help reduce global warming, which is a worldwide problem that disproportionally affects lower income countries and has such negative long term environmental effects, we must take all steps possible, large and small to reduce our carbon footprint.  RGGI is an effective program that does have an impact and has also helped Virginia in resiliency against the effects of global warming such as tidal flooding as well as flooding in upland areas.  

I am against the efforts by Governor Younkin to withdraw from the RGGI.
