Charitable Gaming

Proposed regulations will be detrimental to Elk's Lodges in Virginia. The proposed use of proceeds at 40% is ridiculous. You might as well tell us to turn all of our machines in and stop playing. Many lodges will have to close thereby costing the local charities over $1,000,000.00 a year. The lodges cannot remain open paying more than 10% use of proceeds. Please reconsider the current proposal and do the right thing for the community.
