RGGI is good. We should stay in RGGI. It is a waste of taxpayer dollars to have our dedicated and selfless state employees remove Virginia from a program it is mandated by law to participate in. Our state employees work tirelessly to ensure that all Virginians enjoy clean air, water, and land. They deserve better.
