At a time when we face a climate crisis, turning away from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (REGGI) is a dangerous and misguided policy. REGGI has helped incentivize utilities to use clean energy that will reduce household costs, promote clean air, reduce ever more dangerous greenhouse gases. It is irresponsible and reckless to abandon this successful policy with no replacement. Please keep Virginia in REGGI.
