PLEASE KNOW that VA citizens ARE not in favor of the governor's move to remove VA UNLAWFULLY from the RGGI! The 2020 law Virginians passed cannot just be "overlooked" by the governor in order to gain $$ support from state industries that like emitting harmful products into the air we breathe, b/c it is EASY & cheap for them!

Dominion and App Power rewrote the utility code in their favor while continuing to build fossil fuel plants, WHY is VA not a leader in pollution control? Because this governor wants higher office w/the financial backing of these state corporations. That should be a NO-NO!
