RGGI is a win/win! Carbon dioxide emissions from power plants are reduced (win!) and proceeds from auctions fund weatherization and flood preparedness assistance programs (win!).

Virginia does not need a governor removing passed legislation (fail!). Virginia needs a governor who works to improve communities for all the residents of Virginia.
