I am both a Virginia resident and owner of a Virginia-based, sustainability-focused business.

I was curious about the other public comments made prior to mine, so I scrolled through them - as far back as I went, I did not see a SINGLE comment in favor of pulling Virginia from the RGGI - that alone should send a powerful message.

Since relocating my home and business to Virginia back in 2005, I have seen the Commonwealth (albeit slowly) gain recognition as the clean energy capital of the South - this is fundamentally good for business!  Pulling Virginia out of RGGI would have the opposite effect. 

The Commonwealth's citizens and businesses are counting on you to build upon the success of this and every other clean energy / resiliency / sustainability measures that were put in place prior to this administration - please DO NOT let us down and make Virginia, in effect, the disappointment of the South!  THANK YOU!!
