I am a Virginia resident, taxpayer, and voter who is concerned about environmental quality and fiscal responsibility.  Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is the most fiscally and environmentally conservative course of action and removing Virginia from RGGI would be legally dubious.  I strongly urge the DEQ to reconsider its proposed repeal and to maintain Virginia’s participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  Thank you for your consideration.
