Since it began, RGGI has resulted in a net economic benefit of over $4.7 billion, all the while reducing carbon dioxide by as much as 45% in participating states.  Thanks to the proceeds to be gained from RGGI, low-income Virginians will benefit from increased energy efficiency, and Virginians of all walks of life will benefit from more flood prevention projects.

RGGI is a great program—why not continue to participate in it?
